The Project

Our mission is dedicated to the restoration of natural forest landscapes across Thailand, aiming to safeguard and enrich biodiversity, regulate landscape ecological processes, and foster sustainable livelihoods for local communities in the long term. We are deeply grateful for the indispensable support of the local community and the Thai government, as well as that of like-minded individuals who have contributed to our progress over the years.

Evertreen is committed to aligning with global biodiversity and climate change mitigation goals while simultaneously enhancing local livelihoods. This commitment encompasses the preservation of local old-growth forests and the rehabilitation of degraded landscapes. Moreover, we collaborate closely with local communities to promote agroforestry and other sustainable farming practices through education, training, and capacity-building efforts.

For instance, in the southern region, such as Koh Samui, we oversee a forest planting area spanning 100 rai (16 hectares), where we aim to plant 160,000 trees comprising 10 different species. Our approach to forest restoration is tailored to the unique forest structures of each region, utilizing locally sourced wood species

Please note that average lifetime and KG of CO2 offset are conservative estimations made by Evertreen based on external consultants, papers, articles and comparable platforms.
