About this project
This product funds Mikoko Pamoja — community mangrove restoration in Gazi Bay — the world's first blue-carbon project. Certified under Plan Vivo.
Operated by the Mikoko Pamoja Community Organization, with ACES and KMFRI. Each unit is one certified carbon credit — one tonne of CO₂e — retired on the project’s registry. Evertreen acts as an intermediary and does not own or operate the project; credits are a complement to — not a replacement for — cutting your own emissions.
